Revo Health in Maple Grove, MN is seeking a Patient Services Representative to register patients, collect payments, and handle patient phone calls. This full-time role follows a Monday–Friday 8:30 AM–5:00 PM schedule with every 11th Saturday at the fertility clinic location.

The position requires a High School diploma or GED and customer service experience; medical terminology knowledge is preferred. Compliance with HIPAA and related laws is essential.

The Patient Services Representative is responsible for patient registration and check in as well as patient phone calls. This is a full-time role, Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM and every 11th Saturday at our fertility clinic in the Maple Grove location. Almara Women's Health | Obstetrics, Gynecology & Infertility is an operating division of Infinite Health Collaborative (i-Health), a group of local medical practices, owned and led by its physicians, on a mission to give patients more control over their healthcare.

Patient Services Representative Essential Functions

• Greet and register patients; collect co-payments, pre-payments, insurance information, and photo ID
• Verify and document insurance information as defined by current business practices
• Accurate and timely scheduling of new and existing patients in the current practice management system
• Communicate all pertinent information to patients, including: appointment information, directions, check-in times, referral information and copayments
• Chart preparation and management
• Answer patient calls, schedule appointments and direct calls as appropriate
• Maintain a working knowledge of health care plan requirements and health plan networks
• Maintain timely communication with patients, families, and staff
• Any and all other duties as assigned

Patient Services Representative Benefits & Compensation

• Actual starting pay will vary based on education, skills, and experience.
• A $750 sign-on bonus will be offered for select roles, payable on first paycheck with a 12-month commitment. Internal applicants are not eligible for the sign-on bonus.
