Responsibilities include handling calls from patients and field staff, escalating issues to clinical leadership, and supporting hospital-to-home transitions. A background in healthcare scheduling and administration is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• One year scheduling experience in healthcare preferred.
• One year administrative experience in healthcare preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedules patient visits including Oasis visits and ensures timeliness.
• Assigns clinicians to geographies to maximize efficiency.
• Manages calls from patients and field staff regarding scheduling.
• References clinical manager for issues.
• Monitors hospitalized patients and ensures follow-up.
