Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients in a friendly, professional manner.
• Answer phone calls and schedule appointments.
• Respond to patient inquiries about billing and procedures.
• Prepare patient charts prior to appointments and verify information on arrival.
• Process payments, file claims, and post insurance details in the system.
• Balance daily transactions and assist in end-of-day reporting.
• Maintain a safe and clean office environment.
