Qualifications

• Must complete required e-learning courses within 90 days of occupying position.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors in a prompt, courteous and professional manner.
• Check in patients and inform clinical staff of patient arrival.
• Provide and explain paperwork for the patient to complete prior to examination.
• Collect co-pays and balances; provide receipts and ensure accuracy of patient data.
• Answer and screen routine questions; route to appropriate personnel and relay messages.
• Check patients out after examination and schedule returning appointments.
• Maintain lobby and office supplies; uphold confidentiality and HIPAA.
