This full-time role supports clinicians, maintains patient records, verifies demographics and insurance, and greets patients with warmth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational abilities to keep patient flow smooth.
• Experience with EMR/EHR systems is a plus.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle appointment scheduling and answer calls.
• Enter patient information into the EMR and manage registrations.
• Verify and update patient demographics and insurance details.
• Maintain provider schedules and ensure clinic operations run smoothly.
• Greet patients warmly and support a positive patient experience.
• Assist with ad hoc tasks to keep the clinic efficient.
