Job summary

Diagnostic Imaging Centers of Texas (DICOT) is seeking a Patient Services Representative for our Memorial City outpatient imaging clinic in Houston. You will welcome patients, register them accurately, verify referrals, and collect co-pays in a patient-centered setting.

This full-time front desk role requires strong communication, multitasking, and a warm professional demeanor; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• A warm and professional demeanor.
• Previous healthcare or front office experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients, ensuring accurate registration and a welcoming experience
• Verify referrals and authorizations and confirm exam preparation
• Collect co-pays and manage patient records and accounts
• Schedule appointments and walk-ins with valid doctor’s orders
• Provide clear communication and support throughout the patient visit
