Diagnostic Imaging Centers of Texas (DICOT) is seeking a friendly Patient Services Representative to greet patients, register them accurately, verify referrals, collect co-pays, and schedule imaging appointments at our El Paso clinics.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and a helpful, patient-centered approach to care. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, with opportunities in a growing network across Texas.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Previous healthcare or front office experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients, ensuring accurate registration and a welcoming experience.
• Verify referrals and authorizations and confirm exam preparation.
• Collect co-pays and manage patient records and accounts.
• Schedule appointments and walk-ins with valid doctor’s orders.
• Provide clear communication and support throughout the patient visit.
