Fairview Health Services is seeking a Patient Services Coordinator to float between Hugo, Chisago, North Branch, and Lakes Medical Center locations. Fairview has an immediate opening for a Patient Services Coordinator who will float between our Hugo, Chisago, North Branch, and Lakes Medical Center locations.
This position is approved for 56 hours every two weeks (0.7 FTE). The anticipated schedule includes Wednesdays off, with shifts scheduled based on clinic needs between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
The Patient Services Coordinator performs a variety of clerical functions to support the provider and patient care staff. The Patient Services Coordinator is responsible to ensure patient medical records and reports are available as needed and prepares applicable medical record forms. Relays messages to and from physicians, nurses, medical assistants, and other resources necessary for patient care.
