Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED and customer service experience.
• Two years medical receptionist or customer service experience required.
• Experience with data lookup and data entry on computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with check-in and co-pay collection.
• Verify insurance eligibility and register patients accurately.
• Schedule appointments using computerized scheduling systems.
• Communicate wait times and direct patients to the appropriate care area.
• Prepare records and materials for new patient appointments.
