Job summary

PT Solutions Physical Therapy in Wytheville, VA seeks a Patient Service Coordinator to connect patients with providers and payers, ensuring smooth administrative flow. You will verify coverage, obtain prior authorizations, schedule efficiently, and support seamless patient care.

Your Responsibilities As a Patient Service Coordinator

Qualifications

• At minimum, a High School or GED diploma (Submission of diploma for the highest level of education obtained will be required).
• 1-2 years of customer service experience (experience with healthcare preferred).

Schedule

• Full Time: 8-5, Monday - Friday

Compensation

Pay Range: $16-$18/hour (Any posted pay range considers multiple compensations factors including background, experience, and work location while also allowing for salary growth within the position)
