Job summary

PT Solutions Physical Therapy is seeking a Patient Service Coordinator to link patients, providers, and insurers, ensuring a seamless care journey. You will verify insurance, obtain prior authorizations, coordinate referrals, and optimize schedules in a fast-paced private practice environment.

Qualifications

• Full-time role with set evening shifts as scheduled.

Qualifications & Pay Range

Your Responsibilities as a Patient Service Coordinator

• Reconcile patient payments and units billed while following HIPAA guidelines
• Follow appropriate processes for Insurance Verification and/or benefits management
• Obtain authorization and/or prior authorization
• Over the counter collections and reconciliation of all charges weekly and monthly
• Maintain relationships with patients, providers, clinicians, and internal operational departments

Qualifications

• At minimum, a High School or GED diploma (Submission of diploma for the highest level of education obtained will be required).
• 1-2 years of customer service experience (experience with healthcare preferred).

Schedule

• Full Time:Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 12pm - 8pm; Tuesday, Friday 10am - 6pm

Compensation

Pay Range: $18-$21per hour Any posted pay range considers multiple compensations factors including background, experience, and work location while also allowing for salary growth within the position
