SynergenX Health in Westmont is hiring a Patient Services Coordinator to manage front desk tasks, greet patients, check-in/out, and support scheduling, billing, and insurance inquiries. You’ll ensure a warm, efficient patient experience in a fast-paced onsite clinic.

We value friendly, energetic individuals with strong communication and teamwork. Two weeks of paid training and full benefits accompany this full-time role.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Healthcare, medical office, or customer service experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills required; EHR experience is a plus.
• Successful completion of a criminal background check.

About The Role

You’ll help keep the clinic running smoothly from check-in to check-out while supporting patients with scheduling, payments, insurance questions, communication, and administrative needs.

We hire for personality, attitude, and the desire to help people.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet patients, complete check-in, and coordinate appointments
• Provide a warm, professional patient experience
• Explain insurance benefits, EOBs, and out-of-pocket costs
• Collect payments and maintain accurate patient information
• Answer calls and manage messages, emails, texts, and faxes
• Assist with patient rooming and assigned clinical support duties
• Complete cash reconciliation, End-of-Day records, and bank deposits
• Assist with inventory and keep supplies, snacks, and supplements stocked
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk
• Support the clinic team with administrative tasks as needed
• Follow HIPAA, safety standards, and company policies

Qualifications

Clinic Hours

• Monday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Tuesday: 8:00 AM–7:00 PM
• Wednesday: 8:00 AM–1:00 PM
• Thursday: 7:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM

Saturday Availability

Saturday Availability: Approximatel y 2–3 Saturdays per month.

Employees are expected to arrive approximately 15 minutes before their scheduled shift and record all time worked.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Onsite clinical setting with direct patient interaction
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, and move throughout the clinic
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform fine motor tasks, with reasonable accommodation as applicable
