Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greet patients professionally and warmly at the front desk.
• Manage check-in, check-out, and scheduling tasks.
• Register patients using EMR and scheduling software.
• Verify insurance coverage and obtain prior authorizations as needed.
• Process co-pays and direct patients to financial counseling when appropriate.
• Enter patient and billing information accurately and timely.
• Answer calls and respond to patient inquiries clearly.
