Job summary

TidalHealth is seeking a Patient Service Representative to provide clerical support for the physician office in Salisbury, MD. You will coordinate communications, greet patients, register them, and maintain financial information under supervision.

The role requires prior clerical experience and familiarity with medical terminology within a healthcare setting. This position is based in the Pediatrics department with a Monday–Friday day shift.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of clerical/administrative experience preferred.
• Experience in a healthcare setting and medical terminology preferred.
• Experience working with Microsoft Office, practice management systems and spreadsheets preferred.
• Schedule - Monday to Friday, Day Shift.

Responsibilities

• Provides clerical support for the TidalHealth physician office under the direct supervision of the office supervisor.
• Coordinates communications, registers and greets patients, and maintains financial information.
