Our Patient Services Coordinators (PSCs) support clinicians in delivering research-driven treatments to help patients find relief and restore their normal lives.

As a PSC, you will interact with patients, insurance providers, and medical professionals to streamline scheduling and financial workflows. Daily tasks may include processing insurance verifications, managing prior authorizations, and following up on physician referrals. A patient-centered approach and the ability to work independently are essential for success in this role.

Your Responsibilities as a Patient Services Coordinator
  • Reconcile patient payments and units billed, adhering to HIPAA guidelines
  • Verify insurance benefits and manage related processes
  • Obtain necessary authorizations and prior approvals
  • Handle over-the-counter collections and reconcile charges weekly and monthly
  • Maintain relationships with patients, providers, clinicians, and internal departments

Qualifications

Schedule
  • Full-time, clinic hours, Monday through Friday
Wage
  • $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
