Description
Lifeline of Ohio coordinates and promotes organ, eye, and tissue donation across Ohio. We are seeking a Donation Support Services Coordinator - Night Shift to join our team. A DSS Coordinator organizes and assists with tasks to ensure donation efforts run smoothly across multiple stakeholders. They facilitate communication and ensure compliance with all relevant agencies to maximize organ, eye, and tissue donation. They work closely with hospital staff, funeral homes, coroners, tissue technicians, and organ recovery staff to coordinate the donation process. They also ensure families are educated and aware of donation opportunities.
This is a full-time, non-exempt, benefits-eligible position. The schedule includes a mix of 12-hour and 8-hour shifts, with alternating weekends and some holidays. Only candidates from Ohio, Indiana, Michigan, Pennsylvania, or South Carolina will be considered.
