Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a Secretary/Receptionist preferred.
• Customer service experience preferably in the medical field is required.
• PHI handling and UH policies training are part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Register patients accurately and efficiently.
• Schedule procedures and manage appointment flow.
• Process charge transmittals and assist with collections.
• Procurement as needed to support department operations.
• Maintain professional interpersonal skills with patients, physicians and co-workers.
