Our Patient Services Coordinators (PSCs) support clinicians by managing research-driven treatments to provide relief and restore patients' normal lives.

As a PSC, you will interact with patients, insurance providers, and medical professionals to streamline scheduling and financial workflows. Responsibilities include processing insurance verifications, managing prior authorizations, and following up on physician referrals. A patient-centered mindset and ability to work independently are essential.

Your Responsibilities as a Patient Services Coordinator

• Reconcile patient payments and units billed following HIPAA guidelines
• Verify insurance and manage benefits
• Obtain authorizations and prior authorizations
• Handle collections and reconcile charges weekly and monthly
• Maintain relationships with patients, providers, clinicians, and internal departments
