Job summary

Comprehensive Prosthetics & Orthotics is seeking a Patient Services Coordinator in Champaign, IL. This full-time role supports clinicians, handles patient intake, and helps manage appointments and registrations with a focus on a positive patient experience.

Starting pay is $19.00 per hour, rising to $20.00 after 90 days. The position offers a Monday–Friday day shift, health/dental/vision insurance, PTO, a 401(k) with company match, and ongoing training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least one year of front-desk, administrative or patient-service experience.
• Experience in a medical, dental, physical therapy, chiropractic or outpatient setting.
• Familiar with scheduling, registration or insurance verification and medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming patient experience while supporting clinicians.
• Assist with administrative processes that keep clinics operating smoothly.
• Coordinate scheduling and patient flow in the clinics.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least one year of front-desk, administrative or patient-service experience
• Experience in a medical, dental, physical therapy, chiropractic or other outpatient setting
• Experience with patient scheduling, registration or insurance verification
• Familiarity with electronic health record or patient-management systems
• Knowledge of medical terminology

Healthcare experience is preferred but not required. Candidates with strong experience in scheduling, administration, reception or high-volume customer service are encouraged to apply.

Compensation and Benefits

• Starting pay of $19.00 per hour
• Increase to $20.00 per hour after successfully completing 90 days of employment
