HealthPoint is seeking a dedicated HealthPoint team member to handle front desk operations, patient registration, and appointment scheduling at our community health centers. You will ensure smooth check-in/out, verify insurance, collect payments, and guide patients in using services like MyChart.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and healthcare or customer service experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service or healthcare experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills with Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR).

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors and manage front desk check-in.
• Schedule appointments and register patients in the EHR.
• Verify demographics and insurance; real-time eligibility checks.
• Collect copays and past-due balances; process payments.
• Educate patients on services and navigation of HealthPoint.
• Maintain a clean, organized reception area and support team.
