Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
• Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in a medical practice.
• Ability to read, write English; Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform check-in duties for the Patient Services department, welcoming patients and directing them to the correct area.
• Register patients accurately and complete required information.
• Assist with patient inquiries and resolve concerns, coordinating with staff as needed.
• Monitor lobby areas for cleanliness and safety; troubleshoot appointment issues.
• Schedule follow-up appointments and MRI registrations; handle patient paperwork and payments.
