Responsibilities

• Check-in patients at the time of visit and complete admission paperwork.
• Copy/scan patient records, insurance information, and related materials into EMR.
• Check-out patients and document services provided with pricing details.
• Collect patient payments and respond to routine insurance and billing inquiries.
• Answer phone calls, confirm next-day appointments, and explain required documentation.
• Process referrals, authorizations, and pre-certifications with physicians and payers.
