Job summary

Qualifications

• One year full-time clerical, secretarial or patient care experience in a healthcare setting.
• Experience with medical office or call center is beneficial.
• Strong computer skills and knowledge of medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Provide call center support for PM&R Therapy Department.
• Pre-register accounts in Epic and schedule appointments in Medilinks.
• Monitor schedules and backfill cancellations as needed.
• Process incoming referrals from phone, fax and computer systems within 48 hours.
