Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in medical office settings or health insurance industry preferred (min 2 years).
• Experience with a multi-line phone system is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and reschedule appointments.
• Assist with initial phone triage and verify/update patient information.
• Gather details needed for appointments and provide directions to patients.
• Handle a high volume of calls with warmth, professionalism, and tact.
• May have off-site work after training, living in Vancouver, WA or Portland, OR area.
