The position is full-time, non-exempt with hours 7:30am-5:00pm, Monday through Friday, offering compensation based on experience between $18.00 and $33.08 per hour.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communications in English.
• Prior call center or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with HIPAA privacy requirements.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls professionally and courteously.
• Make outbound follow-up calls and surveys as needed.
• Provide accurate information about products, policies, and procedures.
• Resolve complaints or escalate to the appropriate department.
• Maintain a positive and empathetic approach with customers.
• Schedule full patient registrations and appointments accurately.
• Verify insurance information and benefits as required.
• Notify relevant parties of appointment times, referrals, and prior authorization needs.
• Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns.
• Aim to meet or exceed call handling time and satisfaction metrics.
• Adhere to company policies and HIPAA standards.
