HealthSource of Ohio is seeking a Medical Call Center Agent to handle medical service requests and patient inquiries with strict confidentiality. You will ensure accurate data entry for scheduling and clinical messaging, and communicate clearly between patients and providers.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, strong Windows-based computer skills, and 1–2 years of call center experience. HSO offers competitive pay, benefits, and growth opportunities in Southwestern Ohio.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Strong computer skills including Windows OS, email, and EHR data entry.

Responsabilités

• Promptly answers, screens, and processes medical service requests and telephone inquiries with strict adherence to confidentiality.
• Facilitate optimal patient access and accurate data entry for scheduling and clinical messaging.
• Communicate clearly to relay provider instructions between patient and provider and give pre-visit directions.
• Respond to inquiries from callers regarding health services provided by HSO.
