Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must communicate courteously with patients/visitors and support a positive Jefferson Experience.
• Ability to process and interpret data and multitask in a time-sensitive workload.

Responsibilities

• Interacts with co-workers, visitors, and staff in line with Jefferson values.
• Processes check-in/check-out, scheduling, and patient appointments via EPIC.
• Obtains pre-certifications/pre-authorizations for procedures.
