Job summary

Impact to Health is seeking a compassionate Patient Service Technician for patients who rely on respiratory and durable medical equipment at home in Menominee, MI. You will deliver and set up essential equipment, providing hands-on support and education to empower patients to feel safer and more independent.

Work hours are 8am-5pm with biweekly on-call duties. You will drive local routes, maintain equipment, and complete documentation to support continuity of care while upholding a patient-first

Responsibilities

• Drive local routes to deliver and set up medical equipment with care, respect, and a patient-first mindset.
• Provide empathetic, hands-on education to patients and caregivers, helping them feel confident and supported in using respiratory and home medical equipment.
• Maintain and troubleshoot equipment with patience and clarity, ensuring proper function and protecting patient safety.
• Respond to urgent equipment needs and participate in on-call rotations, offering calm, compassionate assistance during after-hours situations.
• Complete delivery documentation and patient visit reports accurately and on time to support continuity of care.
• Keep your assigned company vehicle clean, safe, and ready for service to ensure reliable patient support.
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, regulatory requirements, and company standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support patient comfort, independence, and overall care experience.

Impact to Health is seeking a compassionate Patient Service Technician for patients who rely on respiratoryand durable medical equipment at home. In this role, you’ll deliver and set up essential medicalequipment for individuals in your local community, offering hands‑on support,reassurance, and education that empowers patients to feel safer, morecomfortable, and more independent. Requirements

Required Education and/or Experience
