Gateway Diagnostic Imaging in South Fort Worth, TX seeks an experienced Patient Service Representative to support patient flow and front-desk operations. The role is full-time with a Monday–Friday 10am–7pm schedule and rotating Saturdays, offering premium pay and comprehensive benefits.

The successful candidate will handle scheduling, verification, data entry, and patient inquiries with a strong focus on service quality. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred to assist diverse patients.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years of experience in a medical office or hospital.
• Experience with authorizations and insurance verification preferred.
• Ability to handle heavy patient volume.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule patients for diagnostic exams and procedures.
• Assist with authorizations and verifications.
• Check in/out patients and manage appointments.
• Answer multiple phone lines and provide information.
• Provide accurate billing information and data entry.
• Verify insurance details and patient data.
• Process requests and file patient records.
