Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year of Front Desk experience preferred.
• Insurance verification experience preferred.
• 1 year of medical office experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients and provide information about visit expectations and next appointment at checkout.
• Schedule patient appointments in person and by phone.
• Communicate with attorney offices, insurance companies, translation services, market leaders and business development teams.
• Collect co-pays, manage payer approvals, and perform insurance authorizations and verifications.
