Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Patient Service Specialist for our Westfield, MA outpatient physical therapy center. This part-time role centers on the front desk, welcoming patients, scheduling appointments, and processing payments.

You will be the first point of contact, helping patients understand visit expectations and next steps while coordinating with insurance and other partners. Weekdays, Monday through Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Preferred: 1 year front desk experience.
• Preferred: healthcare experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients and provide information about visit expectations and next appointment.
• Schedule patient appointments in person and via phone.
• Maintain communication with attorneys, insurance, translation, market operational leaders, and business development teams.
• Collect co-pays, manage payer approvals, and conduct insurance authorizations and verifications.
