Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients and provide information about visit expectations and next appointments at checkout.
• Schedule patient appointments in person and by phone.
• Communicate with attorneys' offices, insurance companies, translation services, and internal teams.
• Collect co-pays, manage payer approvals, and conduct insurance authorizations and verifications.
