Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Patient Service Specialist for our Evergreen, CO outpatient physical therapy center. You will manage front-desk operations, greet patients, schedule appointments, and handle co-pays and insurance verifications to ensure a smooth patient experience.

The role offers a full-time schedule (Mon–Fri) with a compensation of $19.00–$20.00 per hour. A strong customer service mindset will help you excel in this environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Preferred: 1 year front desk experience.
• Healthcare experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients and inform them about visits and next appointment.
• Schedule patient appointments in person and by phone.
• Communicate with attorney offices, insurance companies, translation companies, market leaders, and business development team.
• Collect co-pays from patients, manage payer approvals, and conduct insurance authorizations and verifications.
