Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent. Associate degree preferred.
• Minimum two (2) years’ experience in a medical or financial field preferred.
• Minimum two (2) years’ experience in customer service capacity.

Responsibilities

• This role serves as the front desk and first point of contact for patients, making it essential in creating a welcoming, professional, and supportive environment.
• To ensure a positive and efficient start to the patient experience at MFHC; accurately collecting patient information and assisting patients with financial responsibilities.
