Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure a positive and efficient start to the patient experience at MFHC by accurately collecting patient information and providing excellent customer service
• Assist patients with understanding and meeting their financial responsibilities as they navigate registrations and billing
• Serve as the front desk and first point of contact, creating a welcoming, professional, and supportive environment

General Purpose
