The HealthCare Connection in Mt. Healthy, OH is seeking a Patient Services Specialist to greet patients, verify demographics, and collect payments at the front desk. You will support scheduling and paperwork while upholding a welcoming, patient-centered environment.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in a clinical setting, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and EHR systems. Bilingual abilities are desired to serve our diverse community.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a clinical or medical office setting.

• Familiarity with EHR systems; NextGen experience is a plus.

Our mission is to provide quality and accessible primary healthcare services through community responsive approaches that address financial, geographic, and other barriers to care for residents of northern Hamilton County and surrounding areas. Position Summary:

As a Patient Services Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring a positive experience for every patient who walks through our doors. As the welcoming face of our Mt. Healthy Health Center, you’ll support patients throughout the front desk registration process. We're looking for a bilingual, customer-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to health equity for all.
