Founded in 1967, The HealthCare Connection was Ohio’s first Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). Our mission is to provide quality and accessible primary healthcare services through community responsive approaches that address financial, geographic, and other barriers to care for residents of northern Hamilton County and surrounding areas. Position Summary:

As a Patient Services Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring a positive experience for every patient who walks through our doors. As the welcoming face of our Mt. Healthy Health Center, you’ll support patients throughout the front desk registration process. We're looking for a bilingual, customer-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to health equity for all.

Key Responsibilities:
