The HealthCare Connection in Mt. Healthy, OH is seeking a Patient Services Specialist to welcome patients, register at the front desk, and help ensure a smooth check-in experience.

You will verify insurance, collect payments, schedule appointments, and support administrative tasks. A bilingual Spanish/English capability and 1–3 years in a clinical or medical office setting are preferred, with NextGen EHR experience a plus.

Qualifications

Position Summary

As a Patient Services Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring a positive experience for every patient who walks through our doors. As the welcoming face of our Mt. Healthy Health Center, you’ll support patients throughout the front desk registration process. We're looking for a bilingual, customer-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to health equity for all.
