Job summary

University of Vermont Health Network is seeking a Patient Service Specialist in Burlington, VT. This full-time role supports clinic operations and patient flow, delivering warm, accurate customer service to patients and families in the medical office setting.

The incumbent provides administrative support in the clinic to patients, families, care team members and administrative leaders to ensure smooth daily operations and a positive patient experience.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required; coursework in administrative or medical sciences preferred.
• Proven customer service experience required; experience in a clinical and/or administrative setting preferred.

EDUCATION:

H.S. diploma or equivalent required; Coursework in administrative or medical sciences preferred.

EXPERIENCE:

Proven customer service experience required. Experience in a clinical and/or administrative setting preferred.
