Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years related customer service experience.
• Experience handling difficult callers/customers/patients.

Responsibilities

• Provides efficient, high-quality service to patients for appointments or information on tests, procedures, bills, referrals and other matters.
• Ensures entry at time of service of billing information on patient and payer and follows up on missing information.
• Upholds standards for accurate and timely medical records within the practice and medical group.
