• Collects co-pays and posts charges.
• Processes charge entry and patient balances.
• Distributes information to patients regarding office policies, procedures, and practice information.
• Explains the patient portal and assists with patient enrollment.
• Performs additional responsibilities as needed.

Shared Service Regional Call Center - Hybrid role

A non-exempt medical office position responsible for front office processes in physician practice

Responsibilities

• Adheres to and supports the mission, purpose, philosophy, objectives, policies, and procedures of Tenet Physician Resources, including the Tenet HIPAA Compliance Plan and the Corporate Compliance Program.
