Baystate Dental in West Springfield, MA is seeking a Patient Service Representative to greet patients, answer calls, schedule appointments and keep the front desk running smoothly, creating a welcoming experience.

You will work in a team-based environment, handle patient questions, post charges and payments, verify insurance, and support clinical staff with administrative tasks to ensure efficient, compassionate care for every visitor.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a dental, medical, or other health-care office.
• Knowledge of insurance plans (HMO/PPO) is a plus.
• Experience answering telephone.
• Must have exceptional customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients upon arrival and dismissal with a friendly demeanor.
• Answering telephones and responding to patient questions according to policies.
