Position Highlights

• Position: Patient Service Representative - General Surgery - Days
• Location: Naperville, IL
• Full time: 40 hours/week
• Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM. No weekends, holidays, or on-call schedule.
• Required travel between Naperville and Plainfield offices.

What You Will Do

Under general supervision, provides front desk coverage, answers calls, schedules appointments, greets patients, registers new patients in EPIC, schedules tests, verifies insurance, processes charges, and supports clinic operations.

What You Will Need

• High School Diploma or GED
• Keyboard and computer skills
• Valid driver's license if performing duties at off-site locations, with appropriate insurance coverage
• Three months of healthcare or business office experience
• Preferred: insurance, managed care, medical terminology, or coding experience
