Ascension is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Administrative Associate to join Saint Thomas Heart in Columbia, TN. You will welcome visitors, guide them through check-in/out, and keep records accurate and up-to-date.

You will also manage scheduling, confirm appointments, and assist with insurance authorizations, co-pays, and billing inquiries with clarity and empathy. This full-time role supports a fast-paced cardiac care team and patients daily.

Qualifications

• What minimum education or experience is required: high school equivalency or 1 year of related work.
• 1+ years administrative experience preferred.
• Licensure/certification may substitute for education or experience where applicable.
