Phaxis is seeking a friendly, organized Patient Service Representative for an outpatient urology clinic in West Chester, PA. You will be the first point of contact for patients and support daily front office operations.

Responsibilities include greeting patients, scheduling, verifying insurance, and maintaining EMR records while delivering excellent customer service in a busy, team-oriented environment. This is a weekday schedule with competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Previous medical front desk, healthcare receptionist, or patient service experience preferred
• Experience in a specialty practice or urology setting is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with EMR systems and Microsoft Office
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Answer and manage incoming phone calls
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments

• Maintain accurate patient demographics and medical records in the EMR system
• Coordinate referrals, authorizations, and medical records as needed
• Assist with patient questions and provide excellent customer service
