Precision Dental Center is looking for a Patient Service Representative in Gilbert, Arizona, to join our clinical team by providing a high level of patient care and satisfaction while operating in a team-based environment. Position Overview:

This position is ideal for someone with a passion for providing outstanding customer service, a willingness to learn, and a desire to get started in the dental field. The person will be a support person to all staff members and patients in the office. They will answer phones, handle patient inquiries, make appointments, and assist with the completion of the patient’s treatment plans through acceptable financial arrangements while being flexible in handling requests and projects assigned by other staff and/or the Office Manager. • Checking voicemail on a daily basis
• Maintain a clean and friendly waiting area for patients

Qualifications
