American Health Imaging has an entry-level Patient Service Representatives for Decatur, GA. We are looking for a customer-service focused candidate that is looking to excel in a medical office setting!

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

• One weekend per month: Weekend shift from 7:45 AM–8:00 PM

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Schedule Patients for Diagnostic Exams and Procedures
• Assist with Authorization and Verifications
• Checking In / Out Patients
• Answering Multiple Phone Lines
• Provide Accurate and Complete Information to Billing Office
• Insurance Verification
• Ensure Accuracy of Patient Data Entered Into SystemProcess Requests and Filing of Patient Records

Requirements:
