Endeavor Health in Elmhurst, IL is seeking a Patient Service Rep to join our team. This full-time role operates 7:30 am–4:00 pm, with Saturday and Sunday shifts and two weekday days. This position is based at 172 Schiller, Elmhurst, and occasional travel may be required.

You will register patients, handle scheduling, patient accounts, and cash collections, and provide strong customer service in a healthcare setting. A high school diploma is required; associates in Business preferred.

Qualifications

• High School or GED is required.
• Associates Degree in Business Administration/Management preferred.
• 2 years of registration, scheduling, patient accounts, cash collections or customer service in a healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of health insurances, medical terminology and anatomy.
• Strong data entry and keyboarding; Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Bilingual skills.

Responsibilities

• Register patients and collect data for new and existing records.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with healthcare staff.
• Manage patient accounts and cash collections with accuracy.
• Provide professional customer service in a healthcare setting.
