Endeavor Health in Warrenville, IL seeks a Patient Scheduling Representative to join our team. The role involves entering patient demographics, verifying insurance, and coordinating appointment scheduling under supervision.

Monday–Friday, 8:30 am–5:00 pm, with some weekend rotation as needed. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and at least one year in a healthcare, phone room, or customer service setting, with solid typing and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum one year of Phone Room, healthcare or customer service experience.
• Typing 30-35 wpm demonstrated.
• Strong organizational and critical thinking skills required.

Responsibilities

• Enter demographic information into the registration system.
• Verify insurance coverage for patients.
• Send communications to RN staff as requested.
• Schedule, cancel and reschedule office visits.
