Edward Elmhurst Health seeks a Patient Service Representative - Float to support Endeavor Health Medical Group across multiple sites. The role is full-time (36 hours) with varying hours and a per-hour pay range.

A bilingual candidate with healthcare experience is preferred. Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or GED; associates degree preferred; prior registration/scheduling or cash collection experience, and knowledge of health insurance and medical terminology.

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associates degree in Business Administration/Management preferred.
• 2 years of registration, scheduling, patient accounts, cash collections or customer service experience in a healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of health insurances, medical terminology and anatomy.
• Strong data entry and keyboarding skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bilingual skills.
• A valid driver’s license required if off-site duties are performed.

**Hourly Pay Range:**$18.38 - $26.65 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.**Position Highlights:*** Position: Patient Service Rep - Float* Float differential: $1.50/hour Location: Endeavor Health Medical Group Service Area* Full Time 36 hours* Hours: Hours Varies: M-F 7:00am-8:00pm, Sat 6:45am-3:15pm, Sun 6:45am-3:15pm. Varies based on clinic needs* Required Travel: Yes - Multiple sites within Endeavor Medical Group**What you will need:*** High School or GED - Required* Associates Degree Business Administration/Management Preferred* 2 Years of registration, scheduling, patient accounts, cash collections or customer service experience in a healthcare setting* Manual dexterity to operate various office machines* Knowledge of health insurances, medical terminology and anatomy* Strong data entry and keyboarding skills* Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite* Bilingual skills* A valid driver’s license is required if the incumbent is selected to perform related duties at an off site location.
